A PRE-ORDER
occurs when you order a title that is not yet released.
You can pre-order new upcoming and future releases of new movies on VCD.
The movies
that we have on a pre-order basis are usually titles that have been hotly anticipated
around the world but not yet released. This
means you can beat the rush that is expected once the movie is released.
By placing your pre-orders, you can ensure your copy being delivered to you as
soon as the title is released.
note: dates indicate expected release only and may change.
WHEN WILL THE MOVIE BE RELEASED?
Unfortunately, we cannot confirm when the movie will be released, as
this is entirely up to studio agreements and is usually kept confidential until
a few days prior to actual release. Sometimes, it can be between 2 to 4 weeks.
But you can rest assured that you have your copy reserved and ready to be shipped
to you on the very day of its release.
CAN
I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER ITEM OR MAKE CHANGES?
Yes, you may
cancel it as long as the item has not been shipped. Charge will then be
refunded to yor card. Alternatively, you may request for another title as replacement
for the pre-order item if for some reason, you decide that you do not want the
title you pre-ordered.
WHAT HAPPENS IF
MY ORDER HAS A PRE-ORDER ITEM AMONG OTHER TITLES THAT ARE AVAILABLE?
- You have 2 options open to you:
i. you can wait for the pre-order
item to be released before receiving shipment
or
ii. you can request for
shipment of all the available items first and opt to receive the pre-order title
after its release. This will incur an additional shipping charge of $3.50
- As soon as you have made a decision and notified us by e-mail, we will proceed
as per your instructions
