If an item is found to be defective upon receipt, please email
us immediately at info--at--vcdgallery.com
upon discovering defects describing the problems you are encountering.
Please include your order number. More often than not, it is
usually something that can be resolved by technical support
through email.
If,
at our discretion, the VCD needs to be replaced, we will send
you a new one at no cost to you.
If
necessary, in some cases, you may be required to return the
VCD to us. Please arrange to send it back to us by insured mail,
as it could get a little messy if your returned item goes missing,
in which case we cannot be responsible. Charges for shipping
item back will be borne by the customer.
We
cannot consider returns if you find that your DVD player is
not compatible with video cds. Most new DVD players will play
them but not all. So, please consult your DVD player's user
manual for help. For help go here.

handling charges are not refundable. Cost of VCD may be refunded.
