Delivery time will vary depending on delivery mode and customs
practices and procedures of the destination country.
We process all orders daily to ensure prompt deliveries. We have
shipments going out every day from Mondays to Fridays. At
present, we have two modes of shipping.

2. Registered Air Mail

shipments below. Air mail deliveries does not provide tracking
facilities.

- Express Delivery: 2-5 days after shipping
- Registered Air Mail: 10 to 21 days after shipping

MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping
is a flat rate of $7.99 (for US), & $8.99 (for all other destinations)
for the first 8 VCD titles. Add
an additional $7.99 shipping charge for the second
8 titles and so on.
Please
Note: We cannot ship express to PO Boxes or to APO/FPO addresses.
Only by registered air mail to these destinations. Buyer is required
to provide all required information on the order form including
contact telephone number. All information provided by the
user is strictly confidential. Information will only be used
to ensure a smooth and safe delivery. It will NOT be used
for any other purposes.
CUSTOMS
CLEARANCE
The buyer will be responsible for any taxes, duties or customs fees
imposed by your local customs/government. These charges are not
reflected in your charge from VCD Gallery. It will become the buyer's
responsibility to clear your package at your customs checkpoint.
In the event that your package is seized by your local customs,
VCD Gallery will not be held responsible for any loss resulting
therein. We will, however, at our discretion, re-ship the order
OR refund you on the cost of the merchandise. Cost of shipping is
not refundable.
Will my order be shipped Express or Air Mail?
You
will receive a confirmation email that will give you the details
and an estimated delivery date.
Although
express shipping is available to most major regions - USA, Canada,
most of Europe, most of Australia & most of Asia, we will have
to exercise discretion when shipping your order to these regions
depending on circumstances e.g. the customs regulations in your
country, size of order, possibility of import duties & taxes.
We will do our best to make delivery a smooth experience. This means
that in certain circumstances, it may be to your advantage to have
your order shipped via registered air mail rather than express.
Express shipping is NOT available for the following regions: South/Central
America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Pacific Islands.
Your order will be sent by registered air mail.
WHAT CAUSES DELAYS?
- The main reason for possible delays occurs when certain titles
ordered are not available in stock. VCD Gallery will notify
you by e-mail in such a circumstance and you will have the option
of selecting another title of the same value. See the options
available to you here...VCD Gallery
will then immediately ship your order. You may also choose
to cancel that particular title which is unavailable to receive
a refund for the unavailable title so that the rest of the titles
in your order can be shipped immediately. No cancellation
will be accepted once the order is shipped.
- Also remember that, if your order is shipped via registered
air mail, it could take up to 3 weeks to reach you.
- If your order has one or more pre-order titles, this could also
